I spent a year working on my sailboat alone.

I spent the next year working on everybody else’s, and I realized 2 things.

The first thing I realized very early on:

Something on a boat is always broken, it is simply the degree to which it is broken which sets the barometer for whether or not the boat can actually be used.

The second thing I learned working on everyone else’s boat.

You can have a boat be great, it can even be brand new… things will still break.

And its not so much that things break that is the issue, its how FAST you can get them fixed that matters.

While every else is 3 or 4 weeks out and never answers their phone, we have set ourselves apart and DO pickup the phone.

We DO get to our clients as quickly as possible.

We DO diagnose the situation and come up with a solution in as timely a manner as possible.

We DO complete things when we say we will.

We DO hold ourselves accountable.

While all of our competition is too lazy to pickup the phone, we remain diligent and responsive.
